Cancellation

You can cancel orders before shipment for a full refund. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

Returns (if applicable)

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving the order.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be undamaged, unopened, and purchased from Slid Bag’s official online store.
• Be in the same condition as delivered and returned in its original box with all accessories.
• Require a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email).

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for delivery costs in the following scenarios:

• Returning products at own cost.
• Accidental returns.
• Returning products claimed defective but found in proper working condition by Slid Bag’s quality control.
• Costs related to unauthorized returns.
• Please note that returns may be denied if goods do not meet these conditions.
